SHIPPING POLICY

Jewelry Olga offers FREE SHIPPING for regular shipping to Canada.

For delivery of the order, we use standard ground transportation, which takes up to 10 business days. A street address is required for delivery. 

You may request express delivery, which takes approximately 3 business days, for an additional charge. Then, please contact us.

For international orders, please contact us.   International shipping fees may vary depending on the weight of the package and the delivery address.

Jewelry Olga does not ship to post office boxes (PO BOXES).

Jewelry Olga strives to deliver your order within the time-frame and utilizes all reasonable means to do this.  However, this is the general guidance only, and we cannot be held liable for late order delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order processing and tracking

Order processing time includes selection, handling, packaging, and shipping of the item.  It takes up to 2 business days.

Once your order has been processed and your payment is cleared, you will receive an email.  Then, after we have sent your order, you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. 

Order Cancellations

Jewelry Olga accepts order cancellations within 24 hours from the moment that the initial order is placed. Should you decide to cancel your order after 24 hour period, please contact us immediately.

All orders shipped by Jewelry Olga over $200 value will require a signature upon delivery.  Every package is insured for the security of your order.
