RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Jewelry Olga, we are proud of creating beautiful, high-quality contemporary pearl jewelry.  We hope you will love every piece you purchase. However, if you would like to return or exchange a purchased pearl jewelry, we are happy to assist you.

Important Notes

  • All cultured pearls naturally have slight blemishes or variations. These are not defects but a sign of authenticity.
  • Customized pearl jewelry and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Pearl jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How Return & Exchange is Effected

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@pearljewelryexpert.com or 514-884-4980.
  • Ship the item within 15 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging.
  • Include a copy of your invoice or receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  • You are responsible for:
    • All return shipping costs
    • Insurance for the package
    • Ensuring the package is trackable and sent by registered mail
  • Jewelry Olga is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies (includes shipping, handling, and insurance).
  • For returns from outside Canada, please mark the customs form as “Return”.
  • Please do not write “jewelry,” “pearls,” or any luxury-related words on the package to reduce theft risk.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@pearljewelryexpert.com.
Exchanges
  • The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.
  • Exchanges must be offset with a new order exceeding the original purchase amount.
